After managing extensions on his own homes and closely monitoring the UK housing market, Tristan recoginsed an opportunity to merge his expertise with property investment.

Between 2022 and 2023, Salty Property Group acquired four properties in West Yorkshire using the "Buy, Refurbish, Refinance" (BRR) strategy. In 2024, amid rising interest rates, Tristan pivoted to HMOs to maximise cash flow and long-term value, completing his first three-to-six-bedroom all-ensuite conversion, with two more underway.

Today, Salty Property Group focuses on long-term investment assets, delivering strong returns to investors, with its portfolio on track to exceed £2.1 million by the end of 2025.
