Yes, Salty Property Group works with private investors who are seeking secured, asset-backed returns. Each investment opportunity is considered on a case-by-case basis to align with the goals of all parties involved.

How do you secure investor funds?

Depending on the structure of the agreement, investor funds may be secured by legal mechanisms such as a loan agreement, first or second charge on property, personal guarantees, or other relevant contractual protections. Security arrangements vary by project and are agreed in advance.

How long do investors typically commit funds for?

Investment terms vary, typically ranging from 6 to 24 months, depending on the nature of the project and the investor’s objectives. Terms are agreed individually for each opportunity.

What level of involvement do investors have?

Most investors prefer a passive role, providing capital and receiving pre-agreed returns. However, the level of involvement is flexible and can be tailored to the investor's preferences, subject to the structure of the project.

What types of investment opportunities do you offer?

Salty Property Group focuses on long-term property investments using the BRRRR strategy (Buy, Refurbish, Refinance, Rent, Repeat), which allows capital to be recycled across multiple projects. While we typically hold assets long-term, we may occasionally consider exit-based opportunities where appropriate.
